Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective film is still on skate blades or sticks.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the equipment for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
